The C40 Finance Facility (CFF) has officially opened its application portal for the next city selection phase, accepting applications until 15 February 2025. This is a unique opportunity for cities to access comprehensive support to transform climate ambitions into actionable, finance-ready urban projects.

The CFF provides tailored technical assistance, capacity development programs, and access to sector specialists to help cities design and implement infrastructure projects that reduce emissions, enhance climate resilience, and deliver significant benefits for residents.

Cities can propose projects in the following focus areas: nature-based solutions, energy and buildings, sustainable mobility, and water and waste management

Applications are open to C40 and non-C40 cities and municipalities located in ODA-recipient countries. Eligible applicants must represent a city government or municipal agency.

To ensure a smooth application process, the CFF team will provide support through webinars in multiple languages (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese) and direct consultations.
