[CLOSED] Graphics Artist to design and develop branding assets for CLARE-SIRA project

The Enhancing Local Capacities in Socially Inclusive Resilience in Asia (SIRA) project, funded by the United Kingdom Government and the International Development Research Centre, Canada through the Climate Adaptation and Resilience (CLARE) program and implemented by ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability Southeast Asia and South Asia Secretariats, aims to identify and address the immediate capacity needs of local governments in pursuing climate action that is inclusive and sustainable, and address these needs through a systematic and phased capacity strengthening programme anchored on south-south cooperation among four Asian countries: Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, and the Philippines. More information about the CLARE program and the SIRA project can be found on https://clareprogramme.org/.

ICLEI is looking for an individual or team of qualified and experienced graphics artists to design and develop a project logo, brand accents, and brand color templates for the SIRA project.

The consultant is expected to develop a project logo, brand accent, and brand color template for the SIRA project in conformance to the CLARE Communications Guidance document to be provided at the official start of the engagement.
