The UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction and the Youth4Planet is now accepting entries for this year’s Earthbeat Challenge.

Carrying the theme “From Risk to Resilience,” the challenge encourages young people to share a 3-minute film highlighting what their community is doing to reducing risks and mitigating disasters arising from the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change. The short films should also showcase inclusive solutions which leave no-one behind, demonstrate multi-sectoral and multi-stakeholder cooperation, and ideally those led by and for youth, women, and indigenous groups in disaster-prone areas.
