Led by ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability and supported by a consortium of specialized partners, the Transformative Actions Program (TAP) helps subnational governments and local businesses transform their sustainable infrastructure concepts into solid and investment-ready projects. Projects are mobilized through annual calls and screened by experts in sustainable finance. All projects receive personalized feedback, and those projects with great potential for impact are connected to project preparation facilities and financial partners that will support their implementation.
