This is a unique opportunity for cities to access comprehensive support to transform climate ambitions into actionable, finance-ready urban projects.<\/p>\n<p>The CFF provides tailored <strong>technical assistance, capacity development programs, and access to sector specialists<\/strong> to help cities design and implement infrastructure projects that reduce emissions, enhance climate resilience, and deliver significant benefits for residents.<\/p>\n<p>Cities can propose projects in the following focus areas: <strong>nature-based solutions, e<\/strong><strong>nergy and buildings, s<\/strong><strong>ustainable mobility, and w<\/strong><strong>ater and waste management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications are open to <strong>C40<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>non-C40 cities\u00a0and municipalities<\/strong> located in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/en\/topics\/sub-issues\/oda-eligibility-and-conditions\/dac-list-of-oda-recipients.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>ODA-recipient countries.<\/strong><\/span><\/a> Eligible applicants must represent a city government or municipal agency.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure a smooth application process, the CFF team will provide support through <strong>webinars<\/strong> in multiple languages (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese) and direct consultations.
