This engagement is key to fostering a sustainable future.\u201d\u00a0<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Roadblocks and launch points for local Philippine resilience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/weltrisikobericht.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/WRR_2023_english_online161023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>2023 World Risk Index Ranking,<\/strong><\/span><\/a> the Philippines is the number one at-risk country in the world to climate hazards and disaster risks.
