This is a matter of survival, particularly for the most vulnerable, but increasingly for every place and population on earth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cities, towns, and regions are undertaking the ambitious and urgent local climate action to help tackle the climate emergency.
