Layout and design Jakarta, Indonesia\u2019 City Promise (Ikhtiar Jakarta) document in <strong>English<\/strong> and <strong>Bahasa Indonesia<\/strong>: 2 documents<\/td>\n<td>\n<ol>\n<li>Work on the layout and design of the Jakarta Promise (Ikhtiar Jakarta) document into a file ready for both digital and traditional publication.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Paginate, layout texts and images, select pull quotes, and provide appropriate, copyright-free images for the document\u2019s sections.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Recreate low-resolution graphics and tables as needed.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Be guided by the ICLEI City Promise template in the \u00a0typeface, color, font sizes, and other stylistic elements to be used for the layout.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Submit drafts to the ICLEI Communications Officer for review.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Revise and finalize the layout based on comments on drafts in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Turnover the PDF and Adobe InDesign files of the final and approved layout\/draft, as well as the digital assets (photos, graphs, images, tables, etc.) with an undertaking that all related files from the Graphic Designer\u2019s storage have been deleted.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Coordinate closely with the ICLEI SEAS Communications Officer to ensure proper and timely deliverable of the project.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Complete reports and submit documents related to administrative and financial documents as required in the project implementation by ICLEI SEAS.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2><strong>Deliverables and Time Frames<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The <b>Graphics Designer and ICLEI <\/b>shall discuss the timeline on the delivery of the following expected outputs:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First Draft of DKI Jakarta Promise (Ikhtiar Jakarta) Documents &#8211; English<\/li>\n<li>First Draft of DKI Jakarta Promise (Ikhtiar Jakarta) \u2013 Bahasa Indonesia<\/li>\n<li>Final Draft DKI Jakarta Promise (Ikhtiar Jakarta) Documents &#8211; English<\/li>\n<li>Final Draft of DKI Jakarta Promise (Ikhtiar Jakarta) \u2013 Bahasa Indonesia<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Service Provider Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The successful service provider must provide evidence of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Knowledge and expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud products, especially Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Proven outputs in layout and graphic design<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ability to work quickly and with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Creative initiative while adhering to branding guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Requirements for the Proposal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The following information must be provided in the proposal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A quote with a budget corresponding with the required deliverables.
