Planning safer cities: An ASEAN training course on disaster risk management for urban planning practitioners

ICEM- International Centre for Environmental Management has developed a training course specifically designed for improving the capacity of urban planners in the ASEAN region to reduce disaster risks in urban areas. The training course presents tools and concepts that are useful and relevant for urban planning that focuses on making cities safe and livable.

Development of this training course is supported by the Government of Canada through the Integrated Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Fund administered by the Asian Development Bank.
